At Cooki Haircare, we want you to love your locks; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that products are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Products
Securely place the unused haircare products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
